Capture the Flag Tech Challenge

The Pros vs Joes CTF is a live combat Capture The Flag event. Ever want to learn how to attack a computer, take it over, and make it roll over and play dead? Let's get to work!

Come learn from an experienced pentester at our CTF 101 class. Bring your laptop, and a willingness to learn. You will have a fully functional attack machine, and the knowledge in how to use it, by the end of the workshop.

And then it's time to put that knowledge to the test!

Teams of Joes will attack networks, built to simulate enterprise class environments. Become the APT! The game is completely virtual, players only need bring a laptop for connecting to the gaming environment via the Internet. Laptops will NOT be in the line of fire.

At the end of each day, there will be a debrief to discuss the days events, with discussion of offensive activities and how to better defend.

The CTF 101 workshop will be on $DAY, from $STARTTIME to $ENDTIME, located at $CLASSLOCATION.

It's free with an expo pass! What have you got to lose?

The Living Security Escape Room
If you haven't tried an Escape Room before, you should, but to quickly catch you up- an escape room is an interactive game where groups of people are locked in a room and have to solve puzzles and find clues to escape, all within a set time period. Okay, you're not really locked in our room, but you will be solving puzzles and in the Living Security Escape Room, the puzzles relate to security concepts that you come in to contact with in real life.

Living Security is hosting multiple escape rooms at InfoSec World 2020. Spots fill up fast, so grab some team mates (or signup alone for some networking) and be prepared to exercise those security brain muscles and have some fun while doing it.
